  We were at our wits end having been turned down for a mortgage when a colleague gave us Con's number. The first thing he did was - call us back the same day (hallelujah!), then reassure us that we could have a mortgage sorted in 6 months if we followed certain steps. The rules were tough, but they were clear - it was like having a financial fitness coach having Con and Veronica on your case, and it felt like a triathalon at times,,,,,, but it was all worth it, and we got the new home we wanted in the end. They know what they are doing, and they will do the best they can for you. And when things get tough, that's when their experience and professionalism shines through. We highly recommend them.   Together Veronica and Con make the perfect team. Due to the nature of what my job entails I am consistently disappointed with the level of service provided by everyday service providers like utilities and telecommunications. Not so with MoneyTree. Nothing is left to chance and they have already sorted everything you haven't thought of yet. Any mortgage stress is automatically tempered with a reassuring email from Veronica.   I can't recommend Con and Veronica highly enough for the excellent service they provide. They were with me every step of the way in securing my mortgage, from the first initial consultation advising how to manage my current account better to help facilitate loan approval right through to closing. They were always ready and available to advise throughout the entire process, bringing their excellent knowledge and experience to help me manouver through all the legal and financial intricacies of the process. I can wholeheartedly say I wouldn't have been able to get it across the line on my own without their excellent and personal service and would highly recommend them for any financial advise that you may require.
