::The Corlea Trackway Visitor Centre helps visitors understand Iron Age Ireland and how people travelled in this area at that time. The centre is interesting and infromative, with very experienced guides, and is complimented by the new path that links the site with the Royal Canal. Dropped a star because in their wisdom, the OPW only have the site open for part of the year and it's never fully clear when this will be - it's usually from Easter to late September. It would be ideal to at least have it open at weekends during the off-season.

::Corlea is a fantastic place to visit and there is a new walkway around Corlea bog and back up to the Royal Canal

::A highly interesting and informative experience. We had free entry, saw a great informative film and a private visit and explanation to the restored track itself. Bring food though as the coffee shop is no longer operating. The outside boardwalk is also currently out of commission.

::Interesting to see what stuff can lie in a bog. Although we were there only an hour before closing, the staff was very friendly and gave us a nice tour through everything.
