  Same as some of the other reviews. You have to wait an eternity to get to speak to someone, and I've always gotten cheaper quotes elsewhere

  Very poor customer service! It takes ages to even get in touch with them on the phone! Pathetic, avoid these crowd

  I have been a customer of Cornmarket for a number of years both for my house and car insurance. Up until now I have been reasonably satisfied with their service. My car insurance is up for renewal shortly and I received an email form Cornmarket indicating a substantial increase on the premium for the coming year. I phoned them on Friday to see if they could do any better. After hanging on for over 8 minutes listening to irritating electronic messages I finally left my mobile number. I rang again on Monday morning and again left my number. It is now 3pm and I still haven't heard from them. I have contacted Coverinaclick who answered (a human being!) my call on the 3rd ring and gave me a quotation €150 cheaper than Cornmarket on the same terms. This I gladly accepted. Well, Cornmarket, you have just lost yourself a customer, all because you couldn't find a human being to answer a telephone call.
