  Terrible customer service.... 3 times asked for soya cappuccino for them to use lactose instead. .. no eye Conact no people skills. Will not be back

  Hi , I just went into ask to use their bathroom and found the staff member to distant and a total lack of any form of empathy as I needed to use the facilities and was told that they're for paying customers and went into the blackpool shopping centre where the security guards were empathic and very helpful . I'll just add this ,costa coffee shall and will never receive one single cent from myself or shall I ever encourage any friend's or family member to shop there , other shop and stores were helpful and polite , from my first time ever in there my view is there staff are like there coffee bitter and useless
