::The prices are through the roof, the shop itself is beautiful and the seating is lovely but the tables are never cleared so there's nowhere really to sit. paid extra for cream and marshmallows in my hot chocolate and got neither. My drink was made and left sit in the pitcher for 10 minutes while staff chatted so it was cold by the time it was ready.
