  I started with Joey and Niall from Crossfit Ashbourne in Sept 2015 after trying a few different fitness programs elsewhere. The lads are superb..a great mix of encouragement while still making sure you push yourself the hardest you can.. They were especially helpful for a newbie like me for showing me all the techniques and tips for the different exercises. There's a great community of members too who really help you feel at home. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a varied training programme with a personal touch. Keep up the great work lads!
