  Great CrossFit box that has been recently refurbished too! Have completed a few competitions here and they are always well run by the lads who own the place. Solid guys running a great shop! Well worth a drop in if you’re a crossfitter and definitely worth a look if you’re a local looking to get in the best shape of your life! 👌🏼 (sorry - this was the only picture of the place I have right now! 🤷🏻‍♂️)

  Absolutely love this place. Amazing coaches and great atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone regardless of fitness level. Perfect for total beginners and pro athletes.
