  I couldnt have asked for a better gym or environment to train in. With the quality of coaching and community..training is no longer a "need to" but a "want to". I have been to mamy gyms in tralee and Crossfit R560 Tralee is by far the best one. Ever since i joined i have never left. My fitness and strength has improved dramatically and I have met the most amazing people during my years going there. You will.never feel intimidated or uncapable in Crossfit R560 tralee. Everyday is differnet and challenging in a fun way and can be tailored to anyone at any level of fitness with the best knowledge of fitness provided. "Everyone starts somewhere" make Crossfit R560 Tralee your "Somewhere" 👌

  Great fun gym. Never boring. Always challenging.Just when you think you've see everything they come up with a new twist. Great place for starters of all ages and fitness.
