  With regret I am writing this review, I attended the clinic last Sunday morning 21/1/2018, I had an abcess that had worsened overnight and needed an antibiotic. I googled and seen crosslands opened at 1pm. On arrival there was one lady waiting in the reception area and the receptionist/nurse was talking to her. She then approached me at the desk and asked what could she do for me, I was holding my jaw and said I have an abcess which got worse overnight and quite bluntly she said you need a dentist there is no dentist working here today, and very rudely walked away and into a room and closed the door on me. I must say I was gobsmacked at this woman’s rudeness, there was absolutely no need for it. Had there of been a full waiting room and she was busy I would have said ok fair enough but I found her customer service totally unacceptable. In the end I went to the cottage hospital and was seen in less than half an hour by a lovely doctor who provided me with a prescription for antibiotics, and the customer service there was second to none from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. Rudeness is not a nice trait and I would recommend this lady learn some manners.
