What a trip! Reluctantly I agreed to a cruise with my mother. I thought I would have the hassle of flights and hotels and getting to and from the ship. Thankfully Elannor took care of everything. Plus there was no problem flying from Cork. We were collected and looked after at every point and after a super night in Barcelona we boarded our ship. And what a ship, total luxury. From our cabin to the fine dining and the cafes and bars, everyneed catered to. The pools were great and it never felt crowded. All the stops were good. I loved Corsia, all the Italian stops and you cannot beat lunch in Cannes! Its my first cruise and I am compleatly converted. I would love to bring my teenage girls, next time and there wil be a next time!

We're just back from the German Waterways cruise on the Boudicca, with Fred Olsen lines. It was our first cruise and we were pleasantly surprised. The ship was very well appointed, food and staff were lovely and we were happy to be able to board at Belfast and avoid airports. I found dealing with your staff (Eleanor was very helpful) very informative and efficient. We received our luggage tags through the post but didn't receive the information re the on-shore destinations during the cruise, which I believe should have been sent by F. Olsen. Also, the email comprising the eTicket was sent out in good time, so all in all a very good experience. The coaches both from Dublin Heuston to Belfast and fromDublin port to Heuston were both efficient and comfortable.

Cruisescapes and its associated companies provide a very fine service in putting its clients in touch with travel opportunities that may appeal to us. They have given us great advice in choosing cruises that are likely to suit our requirements, in dealing with bookings, and in helping with queries post-booking. Their staff are pleasant and helpful, and know first-hand the products that they're selling. As a result we've been able to make choices that turned out to be excellent for us. We'll use them again!
