::I wish there were 0 stars. My car was destroyed in Mahon shopping centre in 2017. They are trading under a different name now but I would stay away. Paid to get car fully valeted including shampoo. Seats were soaked right through so much so that they had to leave on the plastic and they send me away. The next morning I got into the car and the stench was unbearable. Car got covered in damp and I was embarrassed for months to bring anyone in the car.

::Receptionist at merchants Quay is completely unsuited to the job! Arrived at 1425. Asked how long it would take to wash the car. I was asked if I could spare 2 hours. I said NO! I was asked if I could spare an hour and a half. I said I'd be cutting it close, but I'd go ahead with it despite their wall to wall ad saying they can have you done in an hour. Opted for the simplest option in the interest of time. Returned at 1600. I was told it would be another 10 min, could I wait. I said ok. Car came down dripping wet and with the inside untouched at 1625! When I went to say that it was getting too late for me, the same receptionist tried to talk over me to say it would be another 5 minutes. I don't know where she gets her watches, but it is not from this planet. When I protested, the old age trick of the ignorant and incapable came forth. "Don't be shouting at me in front of all these people". I said that if she doesn't like complaints she should learn how to do her job. At that she turned around and walked off and told me she'd give me my money back. When I followed her to take my money back she threw ten euros of small change at me. Again, her mathematics were a bit off which was not a surprise to me. I had paid 28 euros. Got the car unfinished and drove out of there.

::Paid 60 euro. They had the time to change the album in my stereo but not to take selotape off the inside of the windscreen or to properly clean the wax off the car. Lots of dirt missed on the car too. Terrible job for the price
