  Went in looking for a cordless mouse. Product description on the shelf did not match what was on the box. Helpful employee quickly scanned it for me and took payment as well.

  Good selection of products, staff very helpful. Good price over all a bit pricey on small things like USB and HDMI cables

  I met Dave from Know How who was exceptionally helpful. I had my sons laptop and he urgently needed information from it for his upcoming exams. Dave sorted the immediate problem. He is a very good ambassador for your company.
