::No one approached me to help. I approached 2 staff members and signalled to a third before I was finally helped by a staff member after nearly 30 minutes in store. Store was not busy and a staff member who had said she would assist me vanished into thin air. I came here 4 years ago for a tv and ended up in Harvey Norman's for the same reason. Won't shop here again.

::Useless service. One cashier taking her time.possibly 12 to 15 people in queue. Floor staff nonexistent. Obnoxious staff membe on service counter. Manager just had a blank expression. I got 1 of 3 items i went in for.
