  Give Ben a promotion. Just letting you know to ask for Ben. There is one good decent man in the know how section but the rest rude and useless in that department. I would give Ben five stars. The store 3 stars and the know how section 1 star except for the one gentleman

  Shocking customer service. Bought & paid for a laptop only to be told it was missing a battery & needed to be ordered which would take a week. Nearly 2weeks went by and 45mins on the phone to a UK number I was informed someone in Carrickmines would call me. Person who phoned hadn’t a clue. Eventually called back and told the part ‘got list’ would take another week or I could just have a refund. €30 off another laptop all of which were €100 + more expensive. Another trip to the store 2 weeks later and no laptop. Went to another retailer, bent over backwards to sort me out. Prime example of a large retailer not caring about the individual customer....just appeared happy to be rid of the issue
