Got charged €30 by Eoin for the worst haircut I’ve had in years. I didn’t get a skin fade so I don’t understand why it was €30. Charging €5 for booking online is a ridiculous business model. During the haircut he would regularly stop to chat to other barbers.Terrible atmosphere and terrible attitude on the barbers. Charge the price on the sign and get barbers with good attitudes.

Booked an appointment which my barber was 35 minutes late for. The other barbers working there couldn't get through to him when they tried to call him to find out where he was. When he arrived, I told him it was fine because I booked the appointment quite late (90 minutes before the scheduled appointment, so not actually that late but didn't want to make a big fuss out of it). The barber must have misheard me that I was late for the appointment itself, and lied saying that he was there at 13:30 and left because I wasn't there. The other barbers let him know that I was actually there 5 minutes before the appointment so his opportunistic lying was called out. I didn't particularly care about any of this, though it is mildly amusing in hindsight. He seemed like a child who would lie to stay out of trouble, and was a bit moody after being found it. Anyway, the one star isn't for the barber's behaviour, but for the poor haircut that he had rushed in order to stay on schedule for the next customer. I've been here 3 times and only the first time was I somewhat satisfied with the haircut. The subsequent 2 haircuts were average to bad. I don't recommend this barber when there are so many good barbers/hairdressers in the city to choose from. Also as others have mentioned the €15 haircut is a thing of myth, as they charge €25 despite what the sign out front says.

Went to Aaron, got a really good haircut. He took some time to talk about what might suit and then took his time doing it. No rush jobs in this place! The atmosphere was hip but welcoming and I'll definitely be coming back. The online booking service is handy too!

I've been to several barbers around town over the years and these guys are hands down the best i have ever been too. Started going to wellington quay shop when it first opened and went in looking for something but not actually knowing what i wanted. The barber that looked after me listened to what i liked and i left happier than i have ever left a barber. Bookings are best as they're always busy and they allocate 30 minutes to each cut so you never feel rushed or that they're trying to rush you out the door. Genuinely friendly bunch of lads provide a great atmosphere and to date have not left unhappy. Could not recommend these guys enough, especially Aaron, the man is a wizard of his craft

I got a great haircut here. I walked in without an appointment, and only had to wait about 10 minutes. My barber gave me exactly the haircut I wanted, and was pleasant and polite. They had a haircutting class going on at the same time which was cool to listen in on. Really great experiences.
