They never ever answer the phones, I have driven down to the surgery to make appointments for my daughter, this is the only sure way of getting through. I think the excellent receptionists are stretched way too far and don’t have time to answer the phones. Doctors are ok the nurse Nicola was amazing and sadly has left there I believe so hopefully the new nurse will be as good. Mostly this is a good practice but it could be a great one, the wait time is completely unacceptable and the phones are never answered. UPDATE! So two months on and this morning I have called 28 times so far and no phones being answered. Clearly they have done nothing to resolve these issues 18/12/17 52 calls later we have an appointment, not good!

Why don't you review your telephone system, coz we do not have time to drive miles to make an appointment. Was good before, you could just walk in between 12 and 2 and be seen by a doctor, instead of driving for an appointment, and then again drive for the appointment day. Please see this is serious. You never answer your phone!!!?

I had a spot on my chest that concerned me that Dr. Mansour told me wasn’t cancer. In a month’s time it was extremely sore and turned purple. He still said it was only a cyst. I got a second opinion from a dermatologist who immediately did surgery. That spot was a squamous cell skin cancer. I do not think this man should be allowed to practice.
