  Great price in a fantastic location. Right in the middle of Kilkenny city. The car park is difficult to get into, narrow entrance. Rooms are very big and absolutely spotless. Owners are sound. Delighted with this b&b

  perfect for a stag... tight parking as you need to drive through an arch. Nice and slow through there. Good value and couldn't be closer to main streets

  Great location, low price, and spotlessly clean. Certainly no frills, but exactly what we wanted. Decent breakfast in a pretty room in the morning, extra points for the rich French press coffee!
