  I worked for Guinness for 4 years and became passionate-neurotic about the presentation-serving and the texture taste of an archetypal great pint. And you'll struggle to better the pint in The Dargle Tavern, or Murphy's to my Dad as he grew up around the corner. He drank (moderately!) there, so too did his brother and their parents, way back when. Different times. Should you find yourself in lovely Bray, it's not much of a diversion trek and worth it's for the solitary confessional with a pint. Of course there's other beer types and crisps
