  I want to thank Roisin in the lingerie department in Mahon Point, Co. Cork. From the moment she met me she couldn’t have been more helpful. Always smiling and happy to run around for me.   Think we met with Tracy? Fantastic person, wonderfully courteous and helpful. Just made our visit so great. Not the first time either in this Shop but unfortunately forget to ask staff names. Every single visit to Debenhams MP the staff are pleasant, good humoured fantastically helpful and intuitive when it comes to Customer Service. Thank you today for rescuing us Tracy! From the two just off the ferry. We need a ten star rating for you!

  Went to the Elizabeth Arden stand and I spoke with Alesha she was absolutely amazing gave me great advice about skin care, she really knew her stuff will definitely go back to her

  Staff went above and beyond to order a dress I wanted and it was delivered for free to my house afterwards, Brill!! Great service
