  Host Jimmy Lovely fella, Stayed in the annex and had both rooms. Not much sound proofing between rooms. Rooms are basic. Some small milk cartons for tea were off and had to buy a pint of milk,was gutted there were no biscuits on arrival that was shown on advert pictures. Towels are very rough,so bring your own if you like that soft touch. Toiletries small and don’t really do the job so bring your own if you are on a longer trip(was on a flying visit for 2 days. Had full breakfast and plenty of toast,was disappointed only toast given on day leaving as we had to leave at 7am and could have gone away feeling a bit more full up,there was cereal and was told a continental breakfast would have been available,but nothing appeared. A nice stay,could have been better for the price and felt at price we should have been given a full breakfast on leaving as there was no one really at the B&B so could of been done, Not trying to put anyone off,just used to slightly better myself and maybe my expectations were quite high due to reviews and price and felt it didn’t live up to either.

  Had a wonderful stay everyone was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely go there again.

  We have just left Deer park Manor , what a beautiful place ,excellent customer service,rooms very clean and bright ,lovely breakfast ...would highly recommended this place .

  Stayed here for one night during festival week,,,The hosts were lovely friendly helpful people,,,accommodation was clean and comfortable,,breakfast was well presented and delicious,good location to motorway and close to town ,,H O G friendly,,
