::They irresponsibly did a helix piercing with a lobe piercing gun, which could potentially have destroyed my ear. When I returned for more cleaning fluid when said helix piercing became infected, I was instructed to remove the earring and the hole closed and healed, destroying the evidence. Buy their jewellery, but don't let them con you into thinking they're qualified to do anything else.
