  Absolutely dreadful product and service Bought floors in November on jan 9th i rang to say they were faulty kept pawning me off finally rep came out got an email to say they were put down wrong and i damaged them by using floor wipes which they told me to use also door bar came off which i bought from them and peeled the laminate and rep told me i shouldnt have stuck it to floor .called 3 other des kellys and asked them should i stick bar to floor and they all said yes .. I have been a long time customer but never ever again . Disgraceful

  I have used Des Kelly's In Coolmine many times over the years . However If you have a problem with a floor after purchase you may be in trouble. I went back to them with an issue two months ago regarding a floor they laid and I have been calling/waiting for someone to call since then.Given dates then they don't turn up . Don't know how many times I have been promised a call to investigate ...Really have been messed about on this! After service really poor ,would never would use them again for flooring. Carpet a safer bet!

  Absolutely dreadful treatment! Needed a bed urgently from store....collected it next day but when opened box it was damaged. Took it back and said would get us an urgent one from the warehouse! Was due some money back ....still waiting! One week later still waiting to hear from someone....rang several times but no one returned calls! Finally went to shop this evening and still nothing sorted. No delivery date. Requested refund (Paid cash) tried to blame An Post for delay.....but not even put in post yet! Never again will I have dealings with any Des Kelly store! Very poor service .....
