  WARNING! People should not buy from DFS .The quality and costumer service is just so bad.My sofa bed came with a lot of damages and when we asked to replace damage pieces they said that we need to wait for 5 weeks.After more then 4 MONTHS,yes 4 MONTHS later they came and said that one of damage pieces NEVER was ordered and second one is just not right.So they asked me again wait for 5 more weeks. Terrible company and once they have your money, you are non existent. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

  DFS I would give no rating. People should not buy from DFS Blanchardstown worst staff and manager, no wonder they have 3 star rating. Terrible company and once they have your money, you are non existent. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, BUY FROM OTHERS WHO RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS !!!!!!

  Really disjointed customer service. Rang the day before to change delivery time. Was told no problem. Delivery arrived at the wrong time. I had to make calls to the store and to the warehouse. They were blaming each other. I lost a half days pay and have no couch. Not good enough.

  We were told that we'd receive our sofa before Christmas and we did .we were kept up to date with progress.When it was delivered There was a problem though, not enough legs for it. This was Saturday 23rd December! I called and was told it would be sorted by the end of the day and it was. The two guys that came out were very courteous and professional even though they were under huge pressure because of Christmas . I can see not everyone has had a good experience but ours was very good.

  Wouldn't give any stars if it was an option. Disgraceful customer service. Being lied to by everyone we've dealt with in this company. Seriously once they have your money that's that. Have had a service manager view my faulty product he said it was disgraceful and should not have left the factory and I'd receive a replacement asap still waiting and that's 2 months ago. SHOP ELSEWHERE PEOPLE VERY BAD SERVICE AND QUALITY
