  Very happy with the customer service from start to finish. Had a few probs with couch but service manager is sorting it out for us and I'm very happy .

  Purchased what turned out to be the worst sofa I have ever bought, never again will I enter their store again, beware of the sales staff who will tell you anything to get the sale!

  waiting for delivery was to be here between 2pm and 5pm got no phone call yet at 5 40 pm rang dfs mahon cork the lady told me to say it to the driver that he should ring earlier so i whould know what time he would be here giving me time to do other things i needed to do instead of sitting at home all day waiting. i told her it was dfs who should tell him not the customer. UNBELIEVABLE RESPONCE

  Great store and so many 'lounge rooms' set up could spend hours there, you can really get a idea what your new sofa will be like. Beats looking online, getting to sit and feel and picture your sofa for real and be served a cuppa was fantastic.. Oisin our sales person was so professional not pushy very informative was not over bearing. The store has easy access..customer parking.
