  Dealt with DNG Creedon for an Apartment check carried out for my landlord who are situated in Dublin and have contracted this company to carry these out in Cork. Communication was unbelievably slow and rude at times. I was told “to not be complicated” on occasion because I was asking for a date the check would be carried out. Very poor customer service and had emails that were not responded to. Moving home is stressful as it is. I just wanted to have the situation with the old home wrapped up so I could move on. I was met with rudeness throughout. I moved in with my fiancé and we are currently looking to buy our first home. Needless to say that I will never be working with DNG Creedon as the service they provided for my landlord was beyond poor. This was quite a contrast to the support I was used to getting from my landlord themselves, as they were always superb.
