  I have been a tenant in The Windmill apartment complex managed by DNG Gillespie Lowe for almost three years now. I have found them very responsive and accommodating in every query or request I have put to them during this time. I have been dealing first hand with Brenda Reilly Mason and have found her to be exceptionally pleasant to deal with. Recently our fridge stopped working, causing our freezer to defrost and leaving us without a means of storing food. This happens to appliances as we all know and is an inconvenience. However, once I contacted Brenda on Monday morning, we had a replacement fridge freezer delivered and the old one removed the very next day. I really cannot commend their service or praise their staff like Brenda highly enough.

  Aileen has been managing my property for over a year now. She has always been available and so prompt in her response to all my queries and requests. ( There have been many) I have found Aileen to be extremely professional and diligent at all times, extremely inclusive in any decision making which is very reassuring to me as a property owner. I am to say the least very satisfied and grateful for all Aileen' s assistance, support , guidance and professionalism over the past 18 months . Ruairi

  DNG have been managing a rental property for us while I work abroad . Having a good trustworthy agent in this case is crucial and that is what we have. Aileen has been managing our property and has done so excellent. I can’t compliment her enough on communication and resolving matters as soon as she can.. first class

  Have just finished a tenancy of 4 years and would happily have stayed on only the house was being sold. DNG were very accommodating with us finishing up and organising the move out, particularly Aileen who answered any of my questions immediately. While we were living there she was the same with dealing with any problems that arose. She solved them promptly and without hassle and was a pleasure to deal with.

  I have dealt with Aileen and the guys in Gillespie and Lowe for the past number of years and have always found them hugely professional and very efficient. On the occasion where issues/queries have arose Aileen dealt with these in a speedy and polite manner with minimum fuss. I'd very happy to 'recommend to a friend' and have done so many times in past.
