  My Stuart Turner water pump started making high pitch sounds and we lost pressure for the hot water throughout the house. I rang several plumbers who told me the pump couldn't be fixed because it was a sealed unit and the average cost to fit a replacement pump was €800. When I got in touch with Pascal he told me I could fix the pump myself for €20. He opened an ST20 unit for me in the workshop and showed me exactly what to do and the problem was fixed later that evening. I can't recommend Domestic Pumps enough, great guys and a six star rating.

  Had to get a monsoon pump serviced and a new control panel and other parts. Called this morning and Kevin was out with us the same afternoon. Great job done and the place was left clean after all work done. Overall very happy with the service today.

  Called as I thought we’d a problem with our pump. It was a Sunday and within 1 hour 30 minutes Pascal called out to malahide from Walkinstown! He Said it was not the pump but a problem with water tank and pressure, it was a plummber I needed. Pascal stayed to double check and climbed into my attic twice and we don’t have a ladder! Couldn’t have been more helpful and recommend a plumber who he called and passed phone to me. Even followed up later that evening with an idea! Honestly I didn’t think this level of service existed anymore but faith restored. I actually called him on 28th Feb during the snow to ask advise about gas boiler pressure and he was happy to help.   Stuart Turner pump broke so rang these guys for a price for a new one... They said no need, they can fix it for a fraction of the price, even told me how to do it over the phone, just cost me 20euro for two new parts but saved me hundreds. Actually in the end I brought the pump down and they fitted new parts for me. Great company, highly recommended!! Thanks guys!!
