  At least teach your customer dealing staff, how to talk to your customers. If you guys work on home delivery theory, then you should teach your staff to have patience and tell your customers what you are offering. The most worst experience i ever had in life is with you guys. Is this the quality of people you are having, and they don't even tell their names. Your best customers will never sustain, so many options available. Annoyed with your customer service who deals over phone. You will loose your loyal customers coz of them for sure.
