  If I could give no stars I would. Very disappointed with this service. Ordered quite a large order three hours in advance to give plenty of time to prepare. I stressed that it needed to be on time and it was 40 minutes late! If you like your food late and cold then these are your guys.

  Just visited Donatello's and will not be going back! Looked at the menu and ordered fish and chips, server offered smoked cod or fresh, i chose fresh!! The server went to the freezer and placed a frozen slab into the fryer. After approx 3 mins my order was complete !! I chose to eat the produce on the way home, the chips were large, undercooked, cool, greasy and not edible. The fish was worse, it was tepid around the edges and cold inside. I could have taken it back but thought the best solution would be to never go there again and post a response. I am from the mainland and normally food in the country is good and take away's are very good, this was not. I hope the proprietor takes note and improves, if not I cannot see a future!
