::Deli/sandwich staff not the friendliest at times feel they rush me when ordering and they could be a little more cheerful

::It's fine but is worrying how much plastic packaging they use after the big wave of concerns about disposable cups an plastic. They are behind on options like that which reframes us from going more often.

::Beautiful food and wine, all beautifully presented! They have an abundance of fresh veg, pastries, bread, salads, cheese, meat, and fish. They also do pre-made dinners which are really handy and absolutely delicious – I recommend the fish pie. They also have loads of snack bits like crackers and biscuits, and there's a huge wine section at the back with really helpful staff – it's even great just for a browse to be honest!

::I only ever buy meat and seafood there which is excellent! Fruit is never in the fridge and goes off really quick, ready meals are alright-not great and the cheese counter is mediocre.

::Not sure the term 'gourmet' is accurate though probably rate themselves above average, certainly price wise. A very good delicatessen that has not changed much in the past 10 years or so. Attention and check-out service is good.
