  Abominable, arrogant and unhelpful attitudes by Staff, i.e. Claudia & Assistant (Coffee Dock) on Friday 19th, when asked why there was no Rasberry Jam. Tribute must be paid to Kurt, who witnessed the unacceptable behaviour, and who tried to resolve the issue by attempting to locate same, but without success. Suggest that Management should oversee and endeavour to improve staff attitudes. Jmy

  Nice cafe and deli counter. Good selection quality pre-prepared meats.

  Premade meals are excellant and have that homemade quality. Not cheap and range could be better as getting fed up with getting the same choices. Find generally other food and drink too expensive.

  Plenty of tasty cakes. I'm always slightly annoyed at the rarity of dairy-free food, although that has improved slightly over the past couple of months.
