  This place is cute as a button and the customer service, attention to detail and hospitality are supreme! Room decor is tasteful, the bathroom is modern and both very clean.

  Nothing less than staying with family. Excellent service and comfort. Breakfast is more than most can handle, and they take the time to make sure you know where you are and where you're going. Highly recommended.

  Victorian house with quaint decor and dim-lit/cozy atmosphere.Accessible to nearly everything, pub, restaurant, shops,take away. public transport, etc. Owner/host is very accomodating and will make you at home. Ameneties in budget single room is private, modern,very clean and essential. I love the warm powerful shower. Overall, my stay was comfortable and really helpful during my exam days because the place is near UCD. Its a recommendable place.

  Terry and Martina were very helpful. They offered us coffee, tea and cake as soon as we got there. The room was extremely clean and cosy and the shower was great. Highly recommended *****
