  I had lower back pain for over a week, and usually (at 27 years old) any sports knocks/pains disappear fairly quickly. So I contacted Nathan, and after some muscle work, advice and stretching, I felt immediately better! Now a few days later and my back pain is all gone. His professionalism in his approach and advice was very helpful, and it was an enjoyable appointment throughout!
