  No show for a viewing despite having a scheduled appointment. Did not have the courtesy to return calls or text.

  I recently had to undergo the drama of finding a new home, after viewings with several unhappy/ unpleasant auctioneers I found myself at a viewing with Doran Estates their agent Bridget-Anne was extremely efficient and polite . I felt like she was the first auctioneer that provided me with all the correct/ required information. Once I had paid the deposit I dealt with Zoe within the office and I couldn’t have been happier. I found the team at Doran Estates to be extremely helpful in every way.

  I found Bridget Anne (director) extremely rude to deal with. The staff who answered calls were way more friendly, professional and approachable. When dealing with Bridget Anne she was extremely condescending and felt the need to display "self importance". I dealt with a different estate agent and had a much better experience and would recommend to all my contacts, I would advise my contacts to stear clear of Doran estates unless you want to be "spoken down to" when you have a query. Honest review of my experience
