  Fantastic yoga centre. Can't recommend the classes enough. I look forward to yoga every week. The classes are both relaxing and challenging 👍

  A little piece of tranquility hidden away. A welcome warm space with well thought out classes. No pressure ....just space to take time and breathe! Highly recommended!

  Amazing facility, amazing equipment and amazing teachers. Absolutely love the classes, brilliant exercise yet so relaxing and I always feel so much better afterwards! Would 100% recommend to beginners, pros and everyone in between!

  Douglas yoga centre is a great. The centre provide all mats and equipment free of charge. The yoga room is clean, comfortable and cosy and there is ample free parking outside. I attend Louise's classes which are a happy balance between strengthening, stretching and relaxation.

  Louise is without doubt the best yoga teacher I've known. Her approach to yoga incorporates the mind, body & spirit. It's a pleasure to attend these classes. Highly recommended!
