  Company meant to be open until 6pm yet no one to answer phones from 5.40. When you are expecting an urgent delivery the first thing you should provide for is a way for the customer to communicate with you!! Obviously not very customer focused......

  Delivered my package but put it in my bum and never told me it was there for 2 days but the bin men got there before I did. Very bad service.
