::I went there with my 5 years old daughter It was not what i would call a nice welcome She did not even said hello to us Did not speak a single word to my little one She looked at the eczema on her foot and started to browse the web to be sure it was eczema Then she came accross a picture looking like the same...she told me : look, it looks the same She supposed to be specialised in dermatology ! She gave us a corticoid cream prescription and that was it. Terrible experience Conclusion : if you are a bad doctor, at least be nice and polite..

::I went to see the doctor for psoriasis on my scalp and I found her very good. She gave me prescription for some ointments and advice on how to prevent it coming back. Good location and nice secretary. I'd recommend her.

::I visited Dr Fennell O'Shea recently for eczema on my hands. She prescribed some steroid cream and it cleared up in a few days. She also told me how to prevent it and gave me some good tips. She was kind and seemed experienced. I'd recommend her. Her receptionist was nice too and was easy to get an appointment. Handy location, near UCC on college rd. Not much parking so I parked in the Bons Secours hospital car park across the road.

::My daughter went here in distress regarding her skin and as the other reviews say was spoken to and treated in a dismissive manner! Was in the chair for 2 minutes and was charged €85 which she wouldn't have minded paying for results, this women is useless! If you don't like you're job quit! And if not maybe consider doing another course to update you're knowledge and maybe a customer service course wouldn't go amiss! Absolutely awful! Do not recommend anyone to go here!
