  First class experience. Have seen both doctors. Receptionist very good and polite. Excellent follow up on my health issues.

  BE WARNED - these people and their customer service policies are questionable. My husband went there and tried to get an appointment as a private patient. For more than a week now, he has issue with Carpal tunnel inflamation and can't move both hands - he went to other GP twice that has walk-in clinic and didn't even get proper anti inflammatory medicine. As this clinic apparently has GP that has Sport Medicine in his CV, we thought it would be a good choice, but nooo - as soon as you mention that you went to other practice, they refuse to see you. Even that would still be fine, if it weren't for this so called 'receptionist' that doesn't know anything about basic human manners because obviously has such a hard time booking so many appointments all day. This so called person without basic communication skills didn't even bother to explain reasons for refusal to mu husband, and later on the phone with me tried to defend 'practice policy' where they are unable to book new patients if they were with other doctor. Not only she doesn't know the difference between private and public patient, but was very rude and overall gave very bad impression about the whole clinic, although we didn't even manage to see the doctor. As you all know, bad customer service like this would usually be a poison for any other buisness, but since here we are talking about services that will always be in demand (same as funerals) they are obviously not bothered as they are 'fully booked, unless you just moved to the area recently and don't have GP" . Luckily, this clinic is not the only one or even close to the best one in Dublin, so for this 'practise policy' I can only say that Hitler too had his policies but that doesn't mean he was right.

  I have been dealing with this practice for years and I just love Berna. She is always calm despite how busy she is and tries her best to fit us in if there is an issue. The GPs are totally cool and upfront in a very non abrasive way so you leave knowing what's going on and with a clear care pathway which I love. So I can only highly recommend this team and all theIr good work to anyone. Definitely a 5 star service.

  My experience here has always been top notch. I find the doctors interested in the whole person and not just the ailment. I always find the receptionist friendly warm and efficient. The waiting room is always clean and tidy. I have nothing but the height of praise for everyone in this establishment.
