::So many positives!...... great easy going atmosphere while being encouraged to push yourself at the same time. It can be daunting as a female to come to gyms that are mostly made up of male members, but the guys here focus on everyone individually during the classes. All members are so friendly and everyone is at different levels of fitness/ training/ injury recovery/ etc... Colin and Adam take a keen interest in how you are progressing and help out with specifics e.g. my left arm and knee imbalances..... and lower back stiffness. They are flexible and they take into account other sports/ training you may be doing and work with you to improve where you want and need to. They have even started up a class to help people start or improve on running after interest was expressed! The guys are very knowledgeable and the articles and links they put up on the members page are great for dietary info and more. I initially joined thinking I'd give it a couple of months and leave after learning a few new exercises and correcting some techniques, but it has helped so much and I have learned a lot, I can't see myself giving it up!

::Joining DT Fitness has probably been one of the best decisions I've ever taken in my life, and this is not an understatement, it has changed my life completely. I am 36 and for the past 35 years never touched a gym, I've been underweight, with very low levels of energy, had a massive lack of strength and stamina and I wasn't very happy with the fact that my 6 year old was getting bored of daddy getting tired playing in the park after 5 or 10 minutes... I joined DT a year ago and my life has turned around 180 degrees. Adam and Colin have constantly encouragement , great and knowledgeable advice and enormous amount of patience, all with a positive attitude; things that made me very comfortable in a utterly unknown environment to me. I've gained a lot of self confidence, I am stronger now than I was on my twenties and thanks to this two fantastic professionals I have developed a love for working out and better myself everyday in every session. The environment at DT Fitness is another one of the main reasons I love the place so much, a like minded group of people that truly welcomes you with open arms and a smile no matter the level of fitness you have, a fantastic group of people that encourage you every single day with a very positive attitude even in the hardest workouts, most of them I can proudly call my friends.. I can't recommend this place enough, whatever you are playing sports and you want to get stronger and faster or you are a very inactive person, like I was, and you want to change your life around, This is actually the right place for you.

::Fantastic gym with great atmosphere! I really love the class based approach. The class structure frequently changes so you never get bored of repeating the same stuff again and again. Adam and Colin are great instructors, each week they are tweaking your stance and position to make sure you're doing everything correctly and getting the most benefit from the exercises. It's the fittest and strongest I've ever been and wouldn't have done it without this place. Highly recommended!

::I joined the gym around two months ago and I have to say that it's the best gym I've come across in terms of atmosphere, results and training style. I've done yearly stints in various gyms over the past few years and until now I have always found it hard to constantly motivate myself. At DT, it's done for you. Gone are the days of trying to put together your routine and worrying about trying to motivate yourself for leg day. These lads are the most knowledgeable I've come across. If it's sports specific training or indeed just increasing your strength and getting in shape, look no further. I've completed a basic course in gym instructor and PT myself but I've learned more in two months here than a year on the course. Time is given to demonstrate every movement on every occasion ensuring you never jeopardise your form and posture for achieving a heavy lift too early. The emphasis is given to start where you are right now encompassing perfect form and then to improve over 6 weeks where the considerable gains can be seen. I couldn't recommend the place more!
