  Usman and Frank at the Shannon Airport location were great, and helped my family and i have a worry-free driving experience in Ireland, even though we made a couple of dumb American mistakes. Through it all, the team there was courteous and kind. These fellows know their job, and do it well!!

  I have been using easirent shannon over the past couple of years and have always found the staff to be very helpful and great at trying to work out the best deal possible. They have gone out of their way more than once to accommodate us, even shuttling us from Limerick in a pinch, and I have and will continue to give them a 5 Star review and recommend them to Family and friends. Thanks guys! We’ll be seeing you again soon.

  Make sure you check everything before renting the car. Every single scratch will be charged, regardless if it was there before or not. Do not expect them to have the damage report carried over; it is much better for the bottom line to charge several times for the same damage. Make sure you bring a flashlight if renting during the evening: there is no light outside and it is very hard to see the damage without a flashlight. They do have one but it is not in their interest to find issues.

  Frank and the crew were super helpful and informative. The service was quick and the shuttle from the airport made picking up the vehicle very simple. They went out of their way to make our experience better!
