  I bought several pairs of shoes from ECCO, they last much longer than anything else I had before. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They could use a loyalty program though, and a proper one, not just 50 euro off for 5 pairs of shoes and 20% off on your birthday.

  Hi. Bought casual shoes about 2years ago. The shoes do not wear away they crumble away with you finger. Like a soft biscuit. Not a shoe. I paid 140 e for these shoes with 1 4 all voucher. I brought them back to Liffey valley where I got them. Offered 15% off next pair. Refused ,not heard anything since. Its like robbery and they get away with it. Taking it to next step. Consumer rights.
