::Very poor after sales service. The stitching ripped on the shoes I purchased after a few wears and I brought them back and got very poor response. I raised the issue to the Irish Head Office (Keith Rogers) who told me that that it was my foot that caused the stitching to break. . The Manager of the store said that they were 'Sales shoes' I purchased and they did not stock replacements. I had to settle for a restitching by a local cobbler and now both shoes look different. Never again - go to 'Foot solutions', they are the best quality and best service - they were the only ones who said 'sorry' about my experience with ECCO!
