::Had the worst shopping experience in the Ecco Stillorgan today. Extremely rude new manager Lucia who thinks that their misleading (in fact, non-existing or at least not presented) rules on bonus points usage for the sale items is a customer problem! She couldn't stop talking back even when I asked her to. Unbelievable and shocking. Had exactly the same problem in this shop last year. Then manager promised to let me use my points on sale items. Here is an extract from her email:" In your specific case we will allow you to use your 50 euro voucher in our store (Stillorgan branch) on both full price and sale items. There will not be an issue when you are purchasing a new pair with this specific voucher." So I was back for sale, showed this promising email, but unexpectedly was refused to redeem my points in a most non-caring, rude way. I wasted my time again and got the worst customer care ever. After I rung the Ecco Ireland Head of Retail named Keith Rogers whose number I got from the Ecco Stillorgan. He was just plain rude and pushy, blaming me and not letting me to explain what happened. He said the manager rung him saying I was abusive and told her to shut up! That never happened, and what I actually said was I asked her to please not to talk in a rude manner to me. Mr Rogers pronounced a lenghy speech before telling me not to ring him again and hanged up. Outrageous and disgusting issue handling, absolutely non-professional and non-halant behaviour. No wonder the shop has that type of customer care. I have my own business and I can't imagine handling issues in a such unprofessional manner. Had been an Ecco customer for 10 years. Never again. #ecco #shame #eccoireland
