  Great facility, plenty of parking and some of the most encouraging and educated trainers around. Got the result I've been looking for for years in 6 short (almost) painless weeks. It works!!!

  Excellent gym and great advice on loosing weight and toning up. Dedicated trainers and great fun. Attention to detail while working out is brilliant as it keeps you on your toes and doing things correctly. Fiona is great craic every morning :)

  Fantastic gym with great trainers, who push and encourage you. Personally I got great results and my waist is the smallest it's ever been. I'm leaner and stronger.. the nutritional advice is top notch. So I say if it's results you are after then look no further than educo castleknock, you won't be disappointed..
