  Egans provide excellent customer service. I ordered a bouquet online on the day of delivery (which was a Bank Holiday). When the specific stems were not available (given the short notice and public holiday) I received a text message to enquire as to whether I would be happy with the alternative suggestion; which I was. The bouquet was delivered that very afternoon and my mum was delighted. I grew up in Limerick and am now living in Asia, it is great to be able to continue to support quality Limerick business.   Couldn't have been happier. I have used Egan's on two occasions. I live in Dublin and my girlfriend works in Limerick. Over the phone , when I called late in the evening, they were friendly and most helpful. The flowers arrived as arranged and everything was as it should be. And most importantly my girlfriend was happy.
