  We enjoyed our stay at El Carmen because it's a very cosy hotel, with clean spacious rooms, soft beds and warm carpets. The rooms have heating, good windows,thick blankets,tea, coffee, biscuits, electric kettle, hairdryer. Olive is a wonderful kind-hearted hostess, she cooks excellent Irish breakfast and makes guests feel like home. When we had a trouble with another hotel she helped us immediately and found a room the same night we called. She can also send a confirmation letter to the consulate, it's very convenient if you are not from EU.
