  Super friendly trainers that really take the time to make sure you learn the moves properly. Can be a little intimidating when you walk in if you haven't been to a gym like that but is washed away immediately with a friendly smile and a welcoming attitude.

  Great gym, well equipped. Specialists in Olympic Lifting and barbell work but also do crossfit style HIIT and bootcamp classes.
