  I have been doing reformer pilates at Elite Pilates for the last 3weeks and I am already hooked. I have done mat Pilates before in other places but found it somewhat boring and I also found it hard to maintain positions but there's none of that with reformer. The class is always varied so it never feels like you're doing the same thing every class and the instructors are attentive and fun. I have been going twice a week and already notice that Im getting more toned and have a stronger core. I really look forward to classes each week and feel great at the end of it. I can't wait to progress further with my training.

  I started Pilates due to post pregnancy back pain & it has worked wonders. Everyone in Elite Pilates are so friendly & professional. It is so handy that you can go to any elite Pilates studio, so there’s no excuses! I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

  I have loved my unlimited package for the month of August. I really feel the benefits of 4/5 classes a week. The reformer really helped me to ensure my core is engaged during the movements. All movements can be simplified or made difficult. Pilates has made a positive impact on my equestrian riding as a strong core is needed for long time spent in the saddle for 3 to 4 hours

  LOVE LOVE LOVE IT Here!! Sian, Lee and the girls are all fabulous instructors. The classes are always a challenge and never boring. The individual attention and dedication to ensuring you complete each exercise accurately, has definitely catapulted me into feeling like a new person.... and all in only a couple of short months. These workouts are certainly the best you'll get!

  I started taking classes about 4 months ago and immediately loved it. All of the Instructors are fantastic. The class size ensures that everybody gets attention. I'm generally not into taking classes as I prefer to swim but I'm hooked. Keep up the great work!
