::My case was difficult as my passport was only valid for 2 years from london and then I moved to Ireland and went to renew my passport and I was really hoping for quick result, I went in there and Kishan explained me situation that they had to get clearance from london in order to renew my application and he was very nice about this and he even let me see the ambassador so I could tell him how important this was to me, as this was very important I visited embassy every week to see if there was any update, which I must admit would been annoying for them, seeing me every week, however yet again kishan and babita ji were very profession about the situation and I got to meet the ambassador again, after I visited them nearly every week I decided that I had to have faith in the system and it paid off!!! After 3 months I got call from kishan that they have received clearance for my passport and it will be renewed in a week (normally takes 3 weeks) And thanks to him I have my visa now and passport is renewed for 10 years, the guy at the front desk is very helpful aswell he has his character and sticks to the rules, but if you ask him nicely you might get lucky ;) I want to say a huge thank you to Kishan (hopefully I have slept you name correct) and babita ji for helping me through this journey I own a depth of gratitude to both of you and wish you both a very bright future Thank you Paras

::Hi every one. Indian embassy staff is working hard and try their best. Ambassador at this time is the best of all times. For those who are criticizing this embassy, then go and visit French embassy and try to deal with them, good look.

::I had good experience. Staff's are helpful. No need of appointments. For new application you should reach there between 10 to 12. For me it took just 15min to submit new passport application for my son. Before you go, check the website for required documents, So you don't waste your time. You have to pay fee only by postal order or bank draft. My suggestion; if they accept card / cash payments it will be easy for peoples and that save money & time.

::My personal experience at Indian Embassy was absolutely fantastic. Was told that I will be receiving an email with an update around the 4th week from the day I visited and to my surprise I got an email with updates in less than 2 weeks time. Staff was extremely polite and patient in both of my visits.
