  Great spot to relax and play a few machines. They have slots, video poker and roulette. Friendly staff and nice refreshments, plenty of extra draws as well if you have their loyalty card.

  VERY BAD SERVICE!!!! We were here earlier and witness a very rude service from 'SO CALLED MANAGER?' from her point of view, I understand that their job is to keep customers coming in to gamble and shouldn't be seating if not playing. I get the idea and i totally respect that I know that they suppose to act from certain cases, but in general base on my observation from this cases, this shouldn't be tolerated. she was wondering around getting people to get up from their seat and i am actually one of them she asked to get up and so to respect this case i get up AND i TOTALLY UNDERSTAND! but my mother that has her card on the machine she TOUCH MY MOTHER'S MACHINE AND LET HER UP FROM HER SEAT WHEN SHE WAS ABOUT TO PLAY!? this is very rude but on the other hand my mother was about to play and she was asked to get up from her seat. Not just that, on they other side of the roulette was my dad playing THE RUDE 'manager' or maybe a supervisor demanded them to leave and she also mentioned things about discrimination about race and this is what she said....'that doesn't mean your Filipino or this type of race i wouldn't let you out because your not playing?!'.... But people that actually seated there was all playing! i have let this passed but then when we were heading out we approach her by saying that we were there to get the luck. My father was mentioning what sort of amount he loss from past two weeks thats why he was pissed off and hoping to gain it back but you see how things went?, we were discriminated about our race, and this woman talk very rudely and disrespectful she went saying there is the door go out? how rude can she be with sort of attitude its very embarrassing. I came here to share my experience based on what i had observed about her behaviour that shouldn't be tolerated and must be terminated! I work from two company in Ireland and i know how to perform a positive customer service and what ever the cases is, being rude is not an excuse! its no place to be so called a member of such team,or be called manager if you don't even know how to be a good team player i know the system how to treat customer and how to make them feel satisfied. In business customer play a very important role and even in part of running a business a manager should know how to go deep down to be able to take care consumer coming in to play. Empire casino in Dublin!, all the staff are very nice and friendly you feel how professional they can be on pursuing there clients. but one least person that might be the manager that have a very negative action towards customer she should be reported and be gone in service. Everyone was pissed and decided not to come back to this casino. There are many competitive casino in Dublin but in order for this place to remain standing, Reputation is very important even an image! this sort of person should be gone from the business. She can be a threat in this business, its possible for the business to reach its down fall! most had decided not to come back and play if she continue to act rudely to people! this business is not going anywhere... thats all i can say and i will do everything for her to be out of the field! by the way her race is Chinese...
